A week of…breakfast

Last week I shared my vegan eats – lunch and dinner.  So here we have some yummy vegan breakfasts:

  • Top left: Rice and Buckwheat gluten free toast with sliced banana and peanut butter
  • Top right: banana, date and cacao smoothie, made with almond milk.  Topped with Inspiral supergreen bites
  • Middle left: Evergreen sprouted wheat with date bread, with cashew butter and half an orange
  • bottom left: porridge made with almond milk and banana, topped with peanut butter, and vegan cake crumbles
  • Bottom right: my new favourite – gluten free toast (as above) with almond butter, sliced banana and fresh dates
