It’s monday morning and I needed a boost, so I added a little something to my green smoothie today. What was it? Well, it doesn’t take Sherlock to work out that it would be MACA – the title of my post.
So what is maca? It is a herb, the root of which is often sold as a powder. It is said to give you energy without disrupting your hormones, as well as provide good nutrition, including protein, calcium and potassium as well as other trace minerals.
